Data Deletion Instructions
Last updated: September 15, 2026
This page explains what information Smile Forever Design keeps when you write to us on WhatsApp or Instagram, and how to ask us to delete it. It complements our Privacy Policy.
1. What we keep from a conversation
- Your WhatsApp phone number or Instagram username, and the profile name shown by the platform.
- The messages, voice notes, photos and files exchanged in that conversation, including the replies from our automated assistant.
- The details you share so we can help you: treatment of interest, city, preferred appointment day and time, name and email.
- If you arrived from one of our ads, the click identifier the platform attaches to the first message, which we use to measure our advertising.
Conversations are stored in our messaging inbox and in the assistant's working memory. The assistant's memory of an inactive conversation is erased automatically after 90 days.
2. How to request deletion
Choose whichever is easier for you:
- WhatsApp: send the message DELETE MY DATA to +1 (561) 605-6544 or to +1 (813) 500-7099.
- Instagram: send a direct message with DELETE MY DATA to our account.
- Email: write to hello@smileforeverdesigns.com with the subject "Data deletion request", from the address you used with us, and tell us the phone number or username of the conversation.
3. What happens next
- We confirm that the request comes from the owner of that phone number or account.
- We delete the conversation, its attachments and the assistant's memory within 30 days.
- We confirm to you when it is done.
- There is no cost, and you can keep writing to us afterwards: a new conversation starts from zero.
4. What we cannot delete
- Clinical records. If you became a patient, your dental record is kept for the period required by Florida law and HIPAA, and cannot be deleted on request.
- Payment and invoicing records we must keep for tax and accounting purposes.
- Copies held by the platforms. WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook keep their own copy of your messages under Meta's policies. To remove our app's access to your Meta account, open Settings → Apps and websites in Facebook or Instagram. To delete the messages on your side, use the platform's own delete options.
